Strategic Program Manager – Cloud NPI & Commercial Enablement, Enterprise Informatics
As Strategic Program Manager – Cloud NPI & Commercial Enablement within Enterprise Informatics, you enable the delivery of cloud-based OIT and revenue targets by ensuring new cloud solutions are commercially ready to launch and scale. The role focuses on aligning product, cloud, and commercial processes to support successful market introduction, activation, and ongoing execution of cloud-based offerings.
You enable the delivery of cloud-based OIT and revenue targets by coordinating cloud NPI readiness activities across product teams, Cloud PMO, and commercial functions.
You work with product teams to ensure adherence to cloud readiness requirements, including AWS technical reviews (FTR), MAG setup, quoting, and order booking flows.
You develop and maintain a standardized Cloud NPI Playbook focused on launch readiness activities, guiding businesses through the Market, Sell, and Deliver processes for cloud solutions.
You partner with IS&AI, Commercial Operations, Finance, and other enabling functions to ensure systems and processes—such as AWS Marketplace listings, private offers, credit workflows, and ACE/SFDC flows—are updated, tested, and consistently applied to support scaling of the cloud business.
You have experience working in cloud-based or software-enabled environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and are comfortable coordinating across product management, cloud platforms, and enabling functions.
You bring working knowledge of commercial operations processes and tools, including quoting, order booking, billing, contract flows, and marketplace transactions, and understand how these must be adapted for cloud-based and subscription offerings.
You understand how upstream readiness—such as technical approvals (e.g., AWS FTR), MAG setup, pricing configuration, quoting and order booking flows, and system integrations—directly impacts downstream commercial execution, and you proactively manage these dependencies.
You apply a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, translating complex requirements into clear checklists, playbooks, and scalable processes that can be consistently adopted across businesses and regions.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
You demonstrate strong ownership, judgment, and change management capabilities, and are comfortable identifying gaps early, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment and resolution across multiple stakeholders.
