ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented and commercially minded Sales Enablement Manager to elevate the effectiveness of our sales organization.
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing how we sell, improving messaging, refining processes, equipping the team with the right tools, and systematically increasing win rates and sales efficiency. From world-class presentations and up-to-date pitch decks to compelling case studies and practical playbooks, this person will build and maintain the core infrastructure that supports revenue growth.
The role requires strategic thinking, understanding of sales psychology, positioning, storytelling, and strong cross-departmental collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization & Revenue Performance
Standardize and optimize the end-to-end sales process
Align CRM and qualification frameworks with the buying journey
Analyze pipeline, win/loss data, and remove bottlenecks
Strengthen objection handling and deal progression
Sales Materials & Presentations
Own and maintain all core sales materials and decks
Develop templates, industry assets, and ROI frameworks
Ensure content is strategic, up to date, and well organized
Case Studies & Social Proof
Lead the creation of high-quality case studies
Work with sales and account management to identify success stories
Collaborate with marketing and design to package them professionally
Maintain a structured library of references and proof points
Sales Playbooks & Knowledge Infrastructure
Build and maintain sales playbooks and discovery frameworks
Document best practices and centralize knowledge
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Align product, marketing, and leadership with sales
Translate product updates into sales-ready materials
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback, identify gaps, and optimize enablement
Improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
What you bring to the team
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, B2B marketing, or similar role
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
High level of structure and documentation ability
Strong stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
Experience in the tech / digital media industry is a plus
English – C1 level or higher (mandatory)
