Sales Process Leadership & Optimization**
Own, build, and refine scalable sales processes across the full revenue lifecycle—from lead routing and opportunity management to pricing and contracting.
Lead pricing governance, including pricing entry, auditing, approval workflows, and alignment with Finance.
Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales performance tracking.
Identify opportunities for workflow automation and operational improvements, and drive implementation from end-to-end.
Ensure consistent adoption of processes, tools, and best practices across the sales team.
Serve as the day-to-day owner of Salesforce CRM and CPQ functionality for the sales organization.
Maintain data integrity and enforce data governance standards across accounts, opportunities, products, and pricing.
Manage product catalog updates, discount frameworks, and contract/pricing structures in CPQ.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize additional tools (e.g., sequencing, enablement, billing workflows, contract systems) to support scale.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and analytics models to support Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
Analyze large volumes of transactional and operational data (Salesforce, CPQ, Excel) to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that inform sales strategy, territory planning, quota setting, and operational improvements.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure pricing, contracts, and order processes run smoothly.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign tracking, product launches, and GTM initiatives.
Act as a resource and advisor for sales enablement, providing training and documentation on tools, processes, and CPQ workflows.
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or fintech company.
Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ; ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize pricing and quoting workflows.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, large dataset manipulation).
Strong analytical abilities and extreme attention to detail.
Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Experience managing or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment.
Strong communication skills—able to translate complex workflows into clear guidance.
