This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva for Head of Revenue Operations. The Head of Revenue Operations will focus on optimizing revenue processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enable the company’s growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, ensuring operational efficiency, leading cross-functional collaboration, improving revenue forecasting, and driving process improvements across revenue-generating teams. Additionally, the role involves developing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to achieve revenue goals.
Expertise in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and Performance Analysis
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
Proficiency in Revenue Forecasting, Data Analysis, and CRM Systems
Solid foundation in Business Development and Customer Success Management
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and align multiple teams
Prior experience in the building materials or luxury goods industry is advantageous
Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
