We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in managing inbound customer inquiries and ensuring efficient lead routing to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Inbound Call Management:
Answer incoming calls to the sales phone number promptly and professionally
Assess caller needs and route calls to the appropriate territory Business Development Representative (BDR) or Account Executive
Maintain a thorough understanding of our sales territories and team structure to ensure accurate call routing
Web Chat Support:
Monitor and respond to inquiries through our web chat platform
Provide initial customer support and information about our products/services
Qualify and route inbound leads from web chat to the relevant sales team members
Lead and Contact Data Enrichment:
Gather and input additional information for new leads to enhance lead quality
Outbound dial prospect to verify or procure necessary data for distribution.
Update and enrich data for existing prospect accounts in our CRM system
Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support sales team effectiveness
General Support:
Assist with basic troubleshooting and address common customer queries
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and routing processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years' of experience in customer service or sales support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and chat platforms
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management
Experience in SaaS or technology industry
Familiarity with lead routing and qualification processes
Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with our sales and marketing teams
This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods.
Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with candidates, other employees, and vendors.
Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday.
Occasional travel may be required to conferences, client sites, or to other Procare offices

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
