Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising sales performance across multiple brands and dealerships? We’re looking for a Group Sales Operations Manager with high level pre-owned experience to lead and elevate our Group front end operations.
Stepping into this senior role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Executive team to sharpen the processes, insights, and systems behind our sales engine. You’ll play a major role in developing the capability of our sales operations, empowering teams to lift performance, strengthen margins, and deliver standout customer experiences.
Work closely with Leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting profitability
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to drive performance visibility and accountability
Drive CRM governance, reporting standards, and data accuracy
Identify operational gaps and deliver scalable solutions to improve productivity
Manage key sales projects and support change management across the group
Analyse performance data and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making
Mentor and guide a high-performing front end team
Proven experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations leadership
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Strong understanding of pre-owned vehicle sales processes, stock turn, and pricing dynamics
Expertise with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
