The MarTech Enablement Manager is responsible for executing, delivering, and measuring MarTech enablement across North America. Reporting to the MarTech Operations & Enablement Lead, this role ensures MarTech enablement initiatives are delivered seamlessly, experienced clearly by marketers and agencies, and measured consistently to inform leadership decision-making‑.
Serve as a core execution partner to the MarTech Leadership Team, flexing focus based on evolving priorities across MarTech capabilities, agency needs, and planning to ensure enablement initiatives move from intent to execution.
Own the delivery of MarTech enablement initiatives, including planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale training and enablement moments (e.g., brief training, process and workflow enablement) in partnership with MarTech Leadership Team and subject matter experts.
Handle the day-to-day execution required for flawless delivery, including coordinating logistics, timelines, communications, and materials; scheduling sessions and speakers; booking rooms or virtual set‑ups; managing registrations and attendance; and ensuring enablement moments are delivered smoothly and on time.
Supports continuous improvement efforts on the ways of working for receiving, managing, and delivering marketing assets across the System
Lead special projects supporting strategic initiatives within MarTech
Own and orchestrate Spark as the central MarTech enablement hub, ensuring tools, learning, playbooks, and resources are organized, current, and aligned to MarTech priorities.
Support MarTech capability programming, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of training, enablement, and adoption initiatives across tools and ways of working.
Plan, manage, and deliver Focus Friday with a consistent cadence, coordinating topics, speakers, and communications to reinforce priority MarTech capabilities, tools, and ways of working.
Ensure Spark and Focus Friday operate as a connected enablement system, using Focus Friday to drive awareness and traffic to Spark and Spark as the destination for deeper learning, tools, and on ‑demand resources.
Pull, compile, and maintain reporting across core MarTech enablement channels and systems (Thrive participation for capability programs and trainings; Workfront usage and engagement; Spark site traffic and content engagement; Focus Friday engagement metrics) to create a consistent view of adoption and enablement performance.
Aggregate and synthesize reporting into defined metrics and insights used as direct inputs into the MarTech scorecard, highlighting adoption trends, usage patterns, engagement gaps, and friction points across initiatives and tools.
Partner with the MarTech Leadership Team and Change Management Lead to share scorecard inputs, usage insights, and engagement trends that inform enablement priorities, change plans, and leadership recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Analytics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing enablement, MarTech, operations, or capability development within a marketing or agency environment.
Experience executing cross functional‑ initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Hands-‑on experience pulling and working with engagement, adoption, and usage data from learning platforms, workflow tools, or internal hubs.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows, tools, and agency ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through‑.
Enablement Execution & Operations: Strong operational rigor; ability to manage logistics, coordination, communications, and timelines; comfortable owning execution end‑to‑end.
MarTech Enablement & Platforms: Experience managing enablement hubs or learning platforms; familiarity with tools such as Spark, Thrive, Workfront, or similar systems.
Reporting & Measurement: Ability to pull, compile, and synthesize engagement and usage data; comfort translating data into clear inputs for scorecards and leadership discussions.
Communication & Coordination: Clear, concise communicator; effective at coordinating across stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
Ways of Working: Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; able to flex across priorities with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
