The Wealth Management Enablement (WME) Manager will help to drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists with communication, education and training, and process improvement.
Curate a deliberate and strategic curriculum for WM: contemplating what we want WM to know and how we want them to focus on a weekly and monthly basis. Control what is communicated to ensure deliberate and impactful outcomes. This includes training for platform enhancements, process changes and identified learning needs. Understand priorities and design training programs to support these objectives. Priorities can include teaching IT changes, new products and solutions, and driving an unparalleled client experience. This includes ownership of solution training materials, all WM-facing email communications, MercerNet and Webinars
Deliver training to new hires and new to firm employees
Deliver training and support to acquisition team employees
Provide reporting on new hire training to Enablement leadership and suggest corresponding changes to training
Assist with development and delivery of ongoing educational activities
Identify opportunities to drive employee adoption and usage of new processes and systems…and execute against opportunities
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in streamlining processes (advocate for WM teams)
Track and trend Advisor Team requests and identify training gaps/ opportunities
Report on success metrics
Partner with M&A leadership to create training outlines for teams
Deliver training and support to acquisition team employees, both remotely and in person
Track attendance of trainings and report as appropriate
Define checkpoints to substantiate training program and adoption; determine additional needs as appropriate
Collaborate with M&A leadership to drive integration process improvement
Log training and support hours
Create and implement multiple training delivery tracks to address the distinct needs of CS and Advisor new hires by working with WM leadership to design comprehensive learning objectives
Utilize various training formats to effectively deliver content
Quantify results of delivery tracks and formats and refine strategy based on results
Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to refine and evolve the training program. This entails creation of a calendar for the WM organization to balance the desire to move quickly against the need to sequence change
Proactively identify and deliver business process improvement opportunities for WM organization and within WM Enablement
Advocate for the WM organization by partnering with IT and other groups who aim to “launch” solutions. Serve as advocates to ensure the products and solutions will drive productivity and scale, and that they are easy, relevant and helpful for the intended audience
Iterate cross-functionally to ensure solutions achieve desired outcomes and
Review and understand workflow process and technology enhancements
Support process enhancement testing
Establish CS and Advisor partnerships – become a trusted ally!
Review, develop, and update training materials and online resources
Develop & maintain criteria to measure and drive client service staff proficiency
Establish educational infrastructure to understand learning requirements and drive awareness
Develop robust, flexible, transparent, strategic and tactical infrastructure to enable rapid delivery of new requests/initiatives across the organization. Education should be simple and easy and drive desired outcomes (including product adoption)
WME should serve as subject matter experts and demonstrate a true understanding of content they teach the WM organization
Develop and enhance curriculum through identification, evaluation, adoption of effective course design, learning objects, and strategies
Review and update curriculum as new applications, products, and offers are implemented
Evaluate current digital training resources to identify largest opportunities for change and improvement.
Working Hours: Daytime hours
Working Conditions: This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace that is free of interruptions. Whether the position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time.
Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
Base Pay Range
$93,500—$110,000 USD
