At Revin, our mission is to bring superintelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.
Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.
Today, over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the number one AI partner for enterprise operators. Our customers include Sears Home Services ($800M), Astara Capital ($700M), Del Air ($150M), Long Home Remodeling ($150M), ImproveIt Remodeling ($100M), Sage Home ($80M), and more. We have raised $10M from top investors including Stellation Capital, 1Sharpe, Gokul Rajaram, Russ Heddleston, Michael Werner, Tandem, Max Branzburg, and Marc Bhargava.
We build for real operators under real pressure. If it doesn’t work inside a live call center or field operation, it doesn’t ship. We prioritize infrastructure over flash, move with urgency, and design AI to augment great teams, not replace them. Our customers rely on Revin to run their business, and we operate accordingly.
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems that power Revin’s revenue engine.
This role is commercially driven. Technical depth is a major advantage, but revenue judgment is the priority. You will design and own the infrastructure that generates pipeline, accelerates enterprise sales cycles, and drives expansion across our customer base. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, turning AI and automation into measurable revenue impact.
This is a 0→1 build. There is no mature playbook. You will help create it.
Own and maintain target account & contact lists across relevant industries
Design signal-based prospecting workflows targeting high-value operators
Develop and scale outbound and expansion systems from first principles
Implement AI-native automations across enrichment, routing, scoring, and follow-up
Own CRM architecture, pipeline stages, forecasting logic, and reporting integrity
Create dashboards leadership can rely on for revenue visibility
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in enterprise deal cycles in close partnership with Sales
Partner with Marketing to develop audiences and campaigns for lead gen
Translate product and operational signals into structured expansion plays
Continuously test and refine GTM experiments to increase pipeline velocity and conversion
Everything you build must hold up in real-world operating environments, and will be focused on driving revenue
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help build and scale Revin’s revenue engine. This is a hands-on role that combines technical execution with business impact. You will architect workflows, automations, and systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while making AI tools truly usable for operators.
This role is highly strategic and highly operational: you will not just manage processes—you will design, build, and optimize them from the ground up.
Architect and maintain GTM systems that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Build and maintain signal-based workflows that generate email, call, and LinkedIn-based tasks within engagement platforms.
Develop automations and integrations using Clay.com, Zapier, and other workflow solutions.
Partner with GTM leadership to define operating rhythms: pipeline reviews, account planning, and forecast reporting.
Ensure clean, trustworthy data through QA, validation, and governance.
Creates dashboards and reporting layers that provide visibility into funnel performance, revenue drivers, and customer engagement.
Integrate product usage signals into GTM workflows to optimize scoring, expansion, and proactive outreach.
Continuously improve GTM systems, recommending new platforms and refining processes to increase throughput.
3-6 years experience in GTM, Growth, RevOps, Sales Ops, Sales Engineering, or similar revenue-driving roles.
Deep understanding of enterprise revenue mechanics and sales cycles.
Builder mentality: You ship systems, not slide decks.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with Clay.com, enrichment platforms, sequencing tools, and workflow automations.
Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to increase output and automate processes.
Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Commercially minded: You understand revenue drivers and where deals get stuck.
Strong collaborator: You can communicate clearly across GTM, Product, and Data teams.
Execution-driven: You ship fast, iterate constantly, and solve problems proactively.
SQL, Python, or JavaScript experience for workflow scripting.
Previous exposure to reverse ETL or AI-powered automation.
Admin-level experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach.
You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative.
You want a safe, predictable 9-5; expect 50+ hour work weeks.
You are not excited about being part of a team applying AI into the built world.
We are looking for fanatics who do not turn off. We are constantly chasing excellence; if that is not your goal, please do not apply. There will be no playbook; if you want a well-trodden path, this is not the role for you.
