Within our Global Business Services (GBS) Enterprise Software Engineering organization, you will join a diverse and international team of architects, business analysts, functional experts, and engineers.
You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work closely with colleagues supporting several SAP landscapes, including our ongoing transitions toward SAP S/4HANA. The team is collaborative, supportive, and works on long‑term, business‑critical initiatives in the Benelux region with high visibility across the organization.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you are the vital link between business needs and technology delivery. You translate complex requirements into clear, workable solutions and play a central role in our SAP S/4HANA migration program. This is a highly impactful role within a rapidly evolving systems landscape, where your expertise helps shape the future of our enterprise applications.
In this role, you will:
Partner closely with business owners to proactively identify future needs and improvement opportunities.
Analyze, model, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes across multiple business units.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP, Salesforce, and related enterprise systems.
Drive prioritization of change requests and manage external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Lead workshops, design sessions, and requirement‑mapping activities.
Support and advise stakeholders—including BPOs, Finance, O2C, P2P managers, architects, and project managers—on best practices and system capabilities.
Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration activities, including requirements mapping, functional alignment, testing support, and process re‑design.
Act as the point of contact for system integrations and cross‑system processes.
Prepare functional releases and coordinate with CAB members.
Ensure successful adoption and operational embedding of new functionalities.
Drive improvements in the change‑management cycle and champion innovation opportunities.

7+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting multiple business units.
Hands‑on experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA migration or integration experience). Experience with SAP User Role Management is a plus.
Proven expertise in requirement mapping, stakeholder management, and change management.
Strong experience writing functional requirements and managing workshops or design sessions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Full professional proficiency in English. Dutch proficiency is a plus.
