We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational backbone of marketing, from reporting and analytics to process optimization and presentation development. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategy & Planning Lead to help streamline how our team plans, executes, reports, and presents marketing initiatives.
What you will do:
Support marketing reporting and analytics: You'll help gather data and create reports to enable the Marketing Leads to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Create and polish presentations: Turn ideas, plans, and results into visually engaging presentations
Enhance marketing operations: Help improve our processes, templates, and ways of working across the Marketing team.
Champion organization: Organize files, assets, and documentation to keep everything running smoothly.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing and cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
You’re a self-starter who’s eager to learn how marketing functions behind the scenes
You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills - you like to bring order to chaos
You’re comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools
You’re visually savvy and enjoy crafting clear, visually appealing presentations
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
You enjoy being part of an international team.
