About WHITEHAT
WHITEHAT is Greece’s leading HubSpot Solutions Partner, specializing in complex CRM and Revenue Operations implementations for scaling and enterprise-level organizations.
As a HubSpot Platinum Partner and one of fewer than 100 agencies worldwide holding the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation, we design and deliver large-scale HubSpot architectures that support multi-team, multi-region, and high-growth environments.
We are a highly specialized consultancy delivering work typically handled by much larger organizations. We move fast. We think in systems. We care about clarity. And we take pride in delivering CRM implementations that genuinely transform how organizations operate.
Our mission is simple: To design and implement structured, scalable revenue systems that create measurable business impact.
We help organizations build the operational clarity, data structure, and automation infrastructure required to evolve and be ready to leverage AI technologies as they mature and integrate into the CRM ecosystem.
The Role
As a HubSpot CRM & Revenue Operations Consultant, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and hands-on implementation.
You will help clients rethink how their revenue processes operate — from lead management and pipeline structure to automation logic and reporting — and implement those systems inside HubSpot in a structured, scalable way.
This is not a ticket-based execution role. It is a consulting position that combines:
Systems thinking
Clear communication
Structured documentation
Hands-on CRM configuration
You will collaborate closely with senior consultants, solution architects, and developers on complex projects across Greece and international markets. Over time, this role can evolve into Senior Consultant or Solution Architect, depending on your growth and strengths.
We don’t expect you to know everything about HubSpot from day one. If you bring solid CRM foundations, consulting maturity, and a strong willingness to learn, we will invest in your development and certifications.
What you’ll actually do
Participate in discovery workshops with CEOs, Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Analyze existing sales, marketing, and service workflows
Identify inefficiencies and design improved revenue processes
Translate business requirements into clear CRM architecture
You’ll learn how to think beyond features and focus on system design.
Design and configure pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, and standard or custom objects
Build structured workflows for lead routing, handoffs, lifecycle management, and follow-ups
Set up reporting dashboards that support leadership decision-making
Ensure data quality, CRM governance, and long-term scalability
You won’t just build workflows. You will understand why they exist and how they impact revenue performance.
At WHITEHAT, documentation is not bureaucracy — it is delivery quality.
You will:
Document CRM logic, workflows, and implementation decisions
Create structured documentation that supports internal collaboration and client enablement
Ensure that every system we deliver is understandable, maintainable, and scalable
Clear documentation builds client trust and reflects consulting maturity.
Train Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on how and why the CRM works
Support adoption and structured change management
Act as a consultant — not just a tool operator
You will gradually build confidence in client-facing discussions, supported by senior team members.
Collaborate with developers on ERP and third-party integrations
Contribute to solution design for advanced automation projects
Participate in complex RevOps implementations requiring cross-functional alignment
This is where systems thinking truly matters.
2+ years of experience in CRM consulting, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Process roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.)
HubSpot-related experience (implementations, automation, reporting, architecture) is highly valued
Strong understanding of pipelines, lead management, automation, and reporting
Comfort working in client-facing environments
Ability to explain structured systems clearly — verbally and in writing
Attention to detail and appreciation for clean, well-designed processes
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance environment
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
You’ll likely do well here if you:
Enjoy solving complex business puzzles through systems
Get energy from improving how things work
Appreciate working in a specialized, high-performance team
Prefer clarity and responsibility over rigid corporate layers
Care about quality — even when no one is watching
We value calm confidence, curiosity, and a builder’s mindset.
