The Manager, Marketing Operations & Agency Partnerships leads our marketing and business planning processes supporting the US CMO team and critical US enterprise marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing and business planning, data analytics, and process optimization, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing programs. This role is critical in driving the strategic direction and operational execution of our marketing initiatives.

Lead and Manage Marketing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Business planning and portfolio management: Partner with Categories and key cross functional team members (finance, sales, portfolio strategy) to coordinate key planning, tracking, and business plan optimization activities including MBR, Marketing Leadership Team across CMO, and annual brand planning (Commercial and comms planning)
Data Analytics Capabilities: Develop and maintain common approach and processes across category teams to ensure consistent business performance analysis and action-oriented insights to inform marketing strategies and in-year decision making. Elevate the role of the Marketing Organization and Tools available to drive consistency across “How to” build superior brand and execution.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing T&E budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently across category and enterprise teams. Monitor spending to ensure alignment with in-year business objectives.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine marketing and E2E business processes (e.g. F4G, Hercules, etc) to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing operations.
Team Leadership and Development: This position has no direct reports, but it is expected to have a high level of influence across the CMO team and all three Categories organization to drive deliverables, and to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external agency partners, ensuring they deliver quality services that meet the company’s needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing processes.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
The salary range for this role is $140,596 - $193,319.5 USD annually + bonus
