The Salesforce Administrator will support day-to-day Salesforce operations, assist with system enhancements, and help ensure data integrity and efficiency across our GTM tech stack. The right candidate has strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for enabling sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.
You’ll work closely with our RevOps team to improve processes, build scalable solutions, and ensure users get the most out of Salesforce.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their Salesforce career who is eager to learn, solve problems, and grow into a trusted RevOps partner.
Manage multiple user setup, profiles, roles, security model and permissions, fields, record types, page, layouts, and sharing rules.
Support new functionality for Salesforce platform and understand CRM processes.
Work with declarative features like creating flows, approval processes, escalation rules and assignment rules for complex business process automation.
Troubleshoot, problem solve and document system issues.
Assist with ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
Import data into Salesforce (Account lists, Lead, Quotas, etc.).
Assist Salesforce data for advanced analysis.
Support onboarding of new employees from a technical perspective.
Create reports and dashboards for users.
Stay up to date with Salesforce release features.
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree Minimum 3-year relevant experience administering Salesforce
Familiarity with standard Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Assest, Campaign etc..)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about RevOps
Familiarity with SaaS sales and customer lifecycle processes
Experience with GTM/Sales engagement tools such as Gong, HubSpot,SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Celigo)
Experience building complex reports and dashboards
Comfortable working in Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, cleaning data)
Regular participation in Salesforce Trailhead and ongoing skill development through badges and modules
Salesforce Certified App Builder
