We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, research, and various automation and lead-generation tools.
What you will do?
- Use services such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, and Contact Out to find and verify potential leads' emails and phone numbers.
- Proficiently use automation services like HubSpot and Instantly to automate emails and voicemails, and SMS campaigns.
- Craft compelling and personalized emails, SMS, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT.
- Launch, monitor, and analyze the performance of email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns.
- Contribute to digital lead generation strategies and execute plans to capture and nurture leads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date contact information and activity records.
- Generate and present reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and other relevant sales operations data.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and outreach efforts.
What are we looking for?

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, Contact Out, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation services and how to leverage them for sales efficiency.

- Exceptional research abilities to identify and verify potential leads.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with using various digital tools and platforms to enhance sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
