The new hire will learn all concepts and processes related to the Sales Operations department, with a focus on the Transaction Management side of the business.
We expect the new hire to contribute ideas, collaborate effectively, and work closely with the Sales Operations teams in Hyderabad and Spain.
Specifically, the hire will create sales order transactions in NetSuite for US and LATAM projects, where 10–30 sales orders may be required per project site; Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is preferred;
Additionally, he or she will create and maintain other sales orders (SOs) for international projects. This serves as a major revenue-protection mechanism for Sales, as SO maintenance is required daily;
Once the hire has gained sufficient knowledge and demonstrated competency in navigating and working within NetSuite, responsibilities will expand to include additional projects across multiple countries where Nextpower operates;
The new hire will report to the Director of Sales Operations (US). The role requires working at least 8 hours per day to complete assigned tasks and provide internal customer support as needed;
Sales orders and related records require strong attention to detail and accuracy, as they serve as the primary source of truth for revenue and project profitability, including targeted gross margins.
Experience working in an ERP environment or training in NetSuite record creation in compliance with company policies and general business practices;
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English;
Familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and Segregation of Duties principles.
