Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the Salesforce platform and drive automation, data governance, and system optimization. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technical teams to enhance platform performance, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights through Salesforce.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Salesforce environment by managing configurations, implementing best practices, and leading platform enhancements

• Design and lead advanced automation initiatives using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and scalability

• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance by overseeing data management processes and validation strategies

• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, developers, and IT teams to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals

• Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor by training end users, mentoring junior administrators, and driving continuous process improvements

• Support and manage data migrations, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Strong expertise in Salesforce automation, object configuration, data security, and access controls

• Advanced experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes

• Proven experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Hands-on experience with complex data migrations and system integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or third-party Salesforce integrations

• Strong understanding of deployment processes, sandbox management, and change management practices

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
