Compensation includes a base salary of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
**This hybrid position is based in Atlanta and will require 2 days/wk in our fabulous Sandy Springs office (aka headquarters).**
The Change Enablement Analyst II plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and sustainability of organizational change across people, processes, and technology within Retail Client Operations. Partnering closely with the Change Enablement Director, project teams, operations leaders, and Product & Technology, this role independently leads change impact assessments, develops strategic change deliverables, and provides data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
In collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, the Change Enablement Analyst II ensures change activities are aligned with operational needs and actively supports team member activation and engagement. By promoting enterprise initiatives, cultural priorities, and transformation programs, this role builds strong relationships, influences stakeholders, and encourages adoption of effective change approaches to enable successful and sustainable implementation.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder impact analysis, engagement roadmaps, and adoption approaches.
Conduct complex change impact and readiness assessments, evaluating people, process, workflow, and technology implications (including AI‑enabled solutions), and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Execute change plans by directly supporting project teams and operational leaders, addressing risks, applying mitigation strategies, and ensuring organizational readiness and sustainment.
Partner with Product & Technology and business stakeholders to assess the organizational impacts of AI‑enabled tools and automations.
Develop targeted adoption strategies for AI solutions, including behavior change requirements, digital proficiency needs, and trust‑building communications.
Create and maintain playbooks, readiness materials, KPIs, and dashboards to support responsible adoption and value realization of AI‑driven capabilities.
Analyze user feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to recommend enhancements and continuously improve adoption outcomes.
Promote AI literacy and transparency through clear, employee‑friendly messaging embedded in change communications and training.
Lead the development of clear, engaging, and audience‑specific change communications, including talking points, FAQs, presentations, videos, and SharePoint content.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to align training strategies with change objectives and business readiness needs.
Simplify complex concepts—including technology changes, operational impacts, and AI innovations—into accessible, trust‑building language.
Translate data‑driven insights into clear scenarios and recommendations that support informed decision‑making and prioritization.
Independently create, maintain, and govern core change deliverables such as stakeholder maps, impact assessments, engagement plans, readiness dashboards, scorecards, and sustainment plans.
Ensure all deliverables meet enterprise standards for clarity, quality, and alignment with established change methodologies.
Facilitate review cycles and maintain strong version control and governance practices.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field. Related experience may include change management, operations or business analysis.
Demonstrated track record of independently managing change deliverables for cross-functional or medium-complexity projects.
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite including: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI and/or Excel to track adoption, readiness, and sustainment, and to inform stakeholder and leadership decisions.
Demonstrated expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including experience designing and executing change strategies for technology-enabled and AI-driven solutions.
Experience supporting the adoption of AI‑enabled solutions, with a focus on change impact assessment, readiness, and building user trust through effective communication and enablement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver polished, audience‑specific messaging on technical and operational topics.
Advanced problem-solving abilities, strategic critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Highly collaborative with strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate with autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and execute effectively in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated commitment to contributing to the continuous improvement of change management practices.
