A little bit about our team:
Warner Music’s Global Service Center Revenue Team collects and consolidates revenue for the company and works with other service center teams to provide best-in-class services to our global Finance labels and affiliates.
Your role:
The Interface Analyst will report to the Interface Manager. You will be part of the Interface function based in the London office.
You will support the team to ensure accurate and timely distribution of outbound files to the royalty systems and all non-royalty systems. This role will support the function to ensure all financial transactions are delivered downstream and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with data integrity, review and resolution of INTF suspense and reconciliation of data between systems.
Here you’ll get to:
Support the end-to-end INTF process, working closely with Interface Manager to ensure that approved sales from ingestion & allocation is being sent to downstream interfaces in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain cross-reference tables, ensuring accuracy for Revenue being sent to all downstream systems.
Review INTF suspense and submit requests for clearance, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accurate financial impact.
Liaise with downstream system owners to troubleshoot any errors preventing outbound files being processed.
Business partnering with system owners to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Support the team with regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and other departments.
About you:
Problem solver
A passion for music, and process excellence.
2 years of experience in digital content operations, preferably in music or media.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
A good understanding of digital distribution
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
We’d love it if you also had:
Experience in music finance or royalties
Experience of Business Objects or similar query builders
