We are looking for a Salesforce developer with strong experience in production support environments, particularly within Salesforce CPQ. This role is not just about ticket resolution - it requires someone who can analyse and design sustainable solutions and drive measurable reduction in production incidents.
Serve as a technical point of contact for production issues and provide resolutions
Promptly engaging with the customer on the assigned cases to ensure the issue is resolved within SLAs
Perform root-cause analysis on production issues by replicating the business use case and utilizing debug logs
Review custom logic to identify business/process dependency across the platform and help troubleshooting
Write SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate records with the help of utility tools
Design, Develop and Implement custom logic for Salesforce platform
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including complex Price Rules, Product Rules, Product Bundles, Discount Schedules, etc.
Identify gaps in current operational processes and propose automation or system-driven solutions
Reduce dependency on manual tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
Proactively alert potential service disruptions and assist as needed
Document processes, controls, and technical solutions for long-term sustainability
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of customization experience as Salesforce Developer
Minimum 3 years of experience in CPQ
Hands on expertise in Apex, Flows, APIs
Proficiency with SOQL & SOSL languages
Understanding of SDLC or Agile is required
Prior experience with Revenue Cloud, Conga, DocuSign is preferred
Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
