The Sales Operations Analyst II, APJ is supporting the overall growth and performance of the Life Sciences Group (LSG). Contributes to drive best-in-class commercial sales excellence.

Job Description
Own APJ Sales Operations analytics platforms, including maintenance of SQL databases and ETL processes, enhancement of existing analytics tools, and development of new analytics capabilities.
Develop, maintain, and enhance sales metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to evaluate sales effectiveness, pipeline health, pricing opportunities, and other actionable business insights.
Drive descriptive and prescriptive analytics initiatives that support sales performance improvement and better commercial decision-making.
Partner with sales, pricing, and commercial stakeholders to translate funnel, pricing, and operational pain points into clear analytics, reporting, and system requirements within SFDC and Power BI.
Extract, prepare, and validate ad hoc datasets from SQL databases to support timely and accurate decision-making by sales teams and leadership.
Integrate data and systems across functions to uncover process synergies and drive productivity gains through centralized analytics and reporting solutions.
Lead end-user training, onboarding, and office hours for reporting tools and analytics capabilities.
Build and support an APJ community of analytics super users, including SQL-capable users, by providing guidance, standards, and best practices to strengthen self-service analytics adoption.
Maintain appropriate governance and access controls for datasets, reports, and SQL environments, including role-based access and audit readiness.
Work closely with project teams, including Global Sales Operations, Integration Office, and other functional stakeholders, to ensure the APJ region meets project timelines, business requirements, and implementation milestones.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, user adoption, and overall analytics effectiveness across the region.
Requirements
Degree in Business/Economics/Analytics or other related field. Exposure in MNC working environment
More than 2 to 5 yearsโ experience in Life Sciences preferred
Excellent analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail
Must- have skills: Excel (proficient), PowerPoint (good knowledge) and Word (good knowledge)
Technical skills: SQL, Power BI, Python
A self-starter with analytical astuteness and a high ability to work with tight deadlines
Comfortable communicating with country teams within region
