As a Go-to-Market Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for driving analytical insights and supporting growth initiatives across ZoomInfo’s sales organization. This role requires an extremely analytical individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities.
Insights & Analytics - Drive insights for sales leadership by owning dashboards and reporting on key performance indicators, and sharing key findings with business leaders through clear business narratives and data-driven recommendations.
Forecasting - Provide visibility on sales team performance and proactively identify challenges the business faces in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Territory Management - Coordinate ownership of customer accounts across Account Management team, ensuring balanced and effective assignments
Dynamic Analysis - Own analysis for key business problems as they emerge - we are growing quickly and every week provides new challenges requiring analytical insights. This role involves staying agile across strategic workstreams while maintaining operational rigor and attention to detail.
1-3 years experience in an analyst role
Top-notch analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data
Deep experience in Excel - experience with SQL, Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus
Work Schedule: This role operates on an afternoon shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST) to ensure seamless collaboration with our US and EMEA based sales leadership and business stakeholders, and qualifies for a shift allowance as part of the compensation package.
