We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize a growing Salesforce ecosystem for a U.S.-based organization. This role focuses on system administration, reporting, integrations, and user enablement to ensure Salesforce effectively supports business operations and decision-making.
Administer and configure Salesforce across multiple products, including Sales Cloud and other connected Salesforce solutions
Manage user and license administration (onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls)
Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, Flows, list views, and page layouts
Monitor system performance, data quality, and integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership and operational visibility
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Manage data imports, updates, and synchronization with other business systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support tickets and system issues
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
Support integrations with third-party applications and assist with system enhancements and new feature rollouts
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Proactively identify risks, technical debt, and continuous improvement opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud or related Salesforce products)
Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and reporting best practices
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (reports, dashboards, workflows, and Flows)
Experience managing user access, permissions, and security settings
Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of systems
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogotá, Lima | Part-time
