****General Summary
****The purpose of this position is to develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful District Manager within KUS's structure. At the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, support all regional sales positions - Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing. Supports regional sales operations to assure KUS sales policies and procedure are understood and implemented by the dealer body.
This role offers hands-on training and exposure to all areas of our Regional operations, with a path for career growth. It is designed as a management trainee position, with the long-term goal of developing future District Managers, which will require field travel and relocation.

Personally Performed Duties
**
This position supports the Regional Sales Managers in day-to-day sales operations to maximize retail and wholesale, by assisting in the organization of District projects and daily communications with the field
Travel with District Sales Managers to assist with their job responsibilities to help achieve targets, and complete tasks by given deadlines.
Monitor retail and wholesale performance through the development and distribution of sales reports
Support all regional sales positions by assisting each department (Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing) with administrative duties
Coordinate ad hoc programs, projects and assignments as determined and requested by Regional Sales Manager

Must be self initiating; able to work under minimal supervision and under high pressure and stress with multiple same time deadlines.
