As a Salesforce Developer at TechTorch, you will play a key technical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable code — while also driving system integrations and automation.
This is a hands-on development role with direct influence on architecture, solution design, and customer outcomes. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that values clean code, thoughtful system design, and meaningful collaboration.
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to support core business processes and client use cases
Build and configure custom fields, objects, Lightning components, validation rules, workflows, and process automation
Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL-based logic
Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs using REST and SOAP
Contribute to system design discussions, architecture reviews, and scalability planning
Create technical documentation for configuration, code, and integration
Support user enablement with training materials and hands-on guidance
Troubleshoot, test, and deploy improvements aligned with agile delivery practices
We’re looking for high-caliber professionals who meet the following criteria:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, configuration, and performance best practices
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of code ownership
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (preferred)
Systemic thinker who can balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
