We’re hiring an AI Enablement Program Manager to accelerate Zeta’s AI transformation by operationalizing programs that drive sustained AI adoption across the enterprise. Reporting to the AVP, AI Operations, this role works closely with our Sr. AI Enablement Manager and cross-functional partners to activate manager reinforcement, strengthen Champions‑led change, and scale AI fluency through structured enterprise enablement programs.
You’ll run the day-to-day adoption operating system that supports enterprise AI maturity: turning insights into targeted interventions, and managing the lifecycle of AI enablement content. You’ll also partner with HR by providing inputs for new‑hire AI onboarding. To serve as a trusted source for employees, you should be a hands-on user of modern AI tools in your own work and able to translate them into practical, role-based workflows.
AI Adoption Operating Rhythm + Change Execution
Own and execute the AI adoption change plan across priority business groups (stakeholder mapping, engagement strategy, communications, reinforcement), aligned to the AI Ops enablement roadmap and key launches.
Run the recurring adoption cadence (intake → insights → interventions → reinforcement → learnings) to surface what’s working, what’s stuck, and necessary decisions/actions.
Identify resistance and adoption friction; deliver targeted interventions and manager reinforcement (manager moments, nudges, office hours, playbooks, and manager-ready toolkits like talk tracks, team prompts, meeting guides, and micro-content).
AI Champions Program Operations
Own end-to-end Champions operations: recruiting, onboarding, community engagement (cadence, comms, engagement).
Facilitate recurring forums/office hours and sustain community engagement through prompts, recognition, and missions.
Remove blockers and equip Champions with reusable assets (use-case templates, demo kits, safe-use guidance, facilitation guides).
Enablement Program Operations (Feedback, Roadmap, Content)
Establish and maintain feedback + reporting loops from Champions and business stakeholders into AI Ops priorities (wins, risks, recurring questions, workflow opportunities).
Own the enablement content operating system (taxonomy/tagging, findability, content lifecycle), with a regular review cadence as tools, policy, and workflows evolve.
Maintain enablement content + engagement roadmap using feedback, adoption signals, and release milestones; apply a prioritization matrix to focus effort where it matters.
Contribute inputs to new-hire AI onboarding in partnership with HR/L&D (evergreen process, ownership model, and refresh cycle).
Cross-Functional Enablement Partnering
Partner with Learning, HR, IT/Security, and business leaders to keep messaging consistent, policy-aligned, and outcome-focused.
Translate AI capabilities into practical, role-based guidance (approved use cases, prompts, demos, and “how to start” assets) to help teams adopt quickly and responsibly.
6+ years in change/adoption enablement, transformation, or program operations in an enterprise environment (e.g. internal transformation, technology enablement/adoption in fast-changing environments, business operations).
Direct experience running community-based adoption programs (Champions networks, communities of practice, field enablement networks, super-user programs).
Strong program management skills: can run an adoption program like a product – signals/intake → prioritization → interventions → reinforcement → enablement assets → measurement → iteration.
Experience managing enablement content operations (lifecycle, taxonomy/tagging, findability, refresh cadence) across common tools (Teams/SharePoint, intranet, wiki/KB, and/or LMS), in partnership with learning/SMEs.
Executive-ready communicator; strong stakeholder management and facilitation; comfortable influencing without authority.
Practical approach to change and reinforcement: understands what managers and frontline teams will actually adopt, and uses job aids, manager moments, and nudges to drive behavior change.
Metrics-informed mindset: comfortable using adoption signals and qualitative feedback to identify friction, prioritize interventions, and communicate impact (data-literate, not a data analyst).
Hands-on user of modern AI tools in your own work; able to speak credibly about practical workflows and responsible use.
