The Business Analyst will deliver actionable reporting, analyze key performance indicators, and optimize processes across sales, product management, and executive leadership. By providing data-driven insights and supporting CRM initiatives, you will directly impact revenue performance and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Support CRM initiatives, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management within the Salesforce.com instance.
- Create repeatable, insightful reports that highlight business trends, opportunities, and KPI performance.
- Analyze sales, orders, margin, forecasts, and backlog data to identify root causes and inform business decisions.
- Assist with sales pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and follow-up on critical actions.
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership.
- Provide training and ongoing support for reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, and Product Management.
Requirements:
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
