As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will prepare analysis and tools that drive decisions with executives and operate a B2B sales business efficiently and effectively. You will be part of our global sales and operations team, with a focus on the APAC market. In this role, you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.
Data & Analytics
Use SQL, Excel, dashboards, and CRM data (SFDC/D365) extensively to work with large sales, pipeline and territory datasets to build scalable analyses on business metrics.
Triangulate data independently, validate results, and turn findings into actionable recommendations to support APAC strategy and operations.
Leverage Copilot to accelerate analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Business Processes & Reporting Ownership
Own end-to-end reporting workstreams (e.g. Forecast): design reports, manage daily/weekly/bi-weekly update cadences, and communicate insights to the broader team.
Run regular audits to identify data, system, or process issues; troubleshoot root causes and drive timely resolution with cross-functional partners.
Create documentation and scalable workflows to support APAC operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management & Sales Policy Expertise
Become a subject matter expert in sales policy and provide guidance to sales teams on correct processes and rules.
Regional Collaboration & Remote Work
Collaborate proactively with GTM teams in Singapore and Hong Kong through asynchronous updates, clear work plans, and proactive escalation of questions/risks.
Work with global teams to drive alignment on tools, processes, and reporting standards.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or other analytical/operational role(s)
1+ years' experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce / Dynamics, SQL/relational databases, and reporting tools)
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience in leveraging numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision-making
Attention to detail and highly organized, able to work in a remote team with confidence
Bachelor's degree in business, analytical, or related field
Ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Growth mindset, interest in training and personal development
A team player who can work independently (self-starter), is willing to lean in where needed, and is adaptable to change
Experience with PowerPoint
Setting up repeatable processes / process automation
Soft skills - Problem-solving, Managing Complexity, Communicating complex concepts simply
