We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Leader to serve as the senior-most Sales Operations presence in Europe. This role will act as the operational backbone of the European Sales organization, driving forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, CRM governance, commercial process rigor, and alignment with Global Sales Operations.
This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — owning the regional forecasting process, enforcing data integrity and process adoption, and serving as a critical bridge between European Sales Leadership and US-based Global Sales Operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong influencer, analytical thinker, and disciplined operator who thrives in a matrixed global environment. This role will begin as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a regional team as the business scales.
Own the European sales forecast process, including pipeline governance, forecast cadence, and commit consolidation
Partner closely with the VP of Sales Operations on global forecasting alignment and commit accuracy
Support go-to-market strategy execution across EU regions.
Challenge forecast assumptions and drive accountability across Regional Sales Managers
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to support executive visibility
Provide insights on target attainment, coverage gaps, and performance trends
Support annual planning through quota tracking and territory analysis
Serve as the regional owner of CRM governance and data hygiene standards
Enforce process adherence and pipeline integrity across the European Sales team
Drive data cleanup initiatives and improve overall CRM discipline
Partner with Global Sales Operations on system enhancements and policy updates
Support deal desk processes and pricing governance to ensure commercial consistency and compliance
Lead adoption of global process changes and quoting tool updates within Europe
Act as the primary liaison between European Sales and Global Sales Operations
Collect and synthesize feedback from the field and advocate for necessary operational improvements
Identify gaps in sales execution and implement corrective actions
Drive cross-regional new product introduction through alignment of tools, policies, and workflows
Enable Sales through structured, scalable operational frameworks
7–10 years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B environment
Proven experience supporting enterprise and/or channel sales teams
Experience owning or significantly contributing to regional forecasting processes
Exposure to global, matrixed organizations preferred
Energy, solar, or renewable industry experience is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
Strong communicator with executive presence
Process disciplinarian who drives accountability
Effective change agent comfortable leading through ambiguity
Highly analytical with strong business acumen
Comfortable challenging assumptions and holding teams accountable

Some travel is expected as business needs arise, including coordination with US-based Global Sales Operations.
