As our Director for Commercial Segments, Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic owner of revenue planning and execution for key segments. You’ll bridge Business Units and Sales, turning market signals and strategy into actionable revenue goals. Your leadership will build quarterly priorities, influence C‑suite decisions, and guide our revenue engine through dynamic market conditions.
Lead coordinated planning by translating Business Unit strategy into clear revenue objectives and quarterly priorities
Build multi‑quarter forecasts, challenge assumptions with data, and ensure execution aligns with priorities
Guide allocation governance, pricing strategy, and commercial terms to protect margin and support growth
Present strategic insights to executives and drive alignment across Sales, Business Units, and Finance
Establish and refine revenue management processes, ensuring consistency and operational perfection
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience
10+ years experience in semiconductor or related industry
Experience in revenue management, forecasting, commercial strategy, or planning
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional work in a matrixed environment
Experience presenting strategic issues to senior executives
Knowledge of Micron’s product portfolio
Expertise in pricing elasticity, margin management, and revenue-to-demand alignment
Experience shaping long‑term sales strategies such as pipeline plans, account plans, and market share growth
Strong communication and collaborator leadership across Sales and Business Units
Track record of driving results in fast‑changing market environments
