As a Growth Marketing Manager, your mission will be to build and scale our growth engine, balancing sustainable acquisition, predictable CAC, and lifecycle optimization.
You will report directly to the General Manager and lead growth marketing end-to-end across paid media, CRM, commercial campaigns, and creative testing.
Experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong experience managing paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.) at scale.
Experience managing and challenging external agencies, with full ownership of results.
Solid understanding of funnel metrics, CAC predictability, and unit economics.
Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, WhatsApp, automation flows).
Highly structured: able to break down complex growth problems into clear experiments and roadmaps.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
Self-organized and able to drive initiatives autonomously.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Creatives).
Experience in fintech, credit, real estate or high-ticket products is a plus.
Native Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
Own acquisition strategy across paid channels, defining testing roadmaps, messaging hypotheses and budget allocation (aligned with the GM).
Manage and hold accountable the external performance marketing agency — they operate campaigns, you own the strategy and outcomes.
Optimize for balanced growth with predictable CAC and scalable unit economics.
Lead CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, WhatsApp and in-product promotions within the QuintoAndar ecosystem.
Manage and develop a dedicated CRM specialist.
Design and execute monthly commercial campaigns, aligning messaging across paid media, CRM, landing pages and sales.
Build a high-velocity creative testing engine in partnership with two dedicated creatives.
Define growth dashboards, performance rituals and experimentation cadence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Product to improve end-to-end conversion.
