Reporting to the Associate Director, GTM Strategy & Partnerships, the Senior GTM Strategy & Partnerships Manager will operationalize and scale Spring Health’s go-to-market partnerships by translating strategy into execution. This remote (U.S.-based) role is part of the GTM Strategy & Partnerships team and plays a critical role in driving successful partnership launches, cross-functional readiness, and measurable revenue impact. This role requires approximately 10–20% travel for partner meetings, internal offsites, key go-live moments, and occasional on-site support for strategic partner trainings or launches.
Drive Partnership Execution: Own the day-to-day management of strategic GTM partnerships, including launch planning, timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and proactive issue resolution to ensure seamless execution.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success to ensure organizational readiness for new channel launches and ongoing partnership optimization.
Develop GTM & Enablement Materials: Create and maintain core partnership materials, including pitch decks, FAQs, ROI summaries, internal playbooks, and training resources to support Sales and partner-facing teams.
Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor and analyze key partnership KPIs, synthesize insights, and surface risks and opportunities to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Support Strategic Growth Initiatives: Draft business cases, memos, and executive-ready materials to inform new channel expansion, pricing strategy, and partnership growth opportunities.
Successful, on-time launch of new partnerships and GTM initiatives
Clear cross-functional readiness and strong enablement adoption across Sales and related teams
Accurate, consistent reporting on partnership performance metrics with actionable insights
Increased efficiency in cross-functional coordination, reflected in reduced escalations and clear ownership
Demonstrated contribution to pipeline growth, employer opt-in rates, and/or partnership-sourced revenue
4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, Business Operations, management consulting, or a similar strategic role
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-facing materials
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, operational execution plans
High degree of organization, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Experience in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships preferred
Exposure to payer, PEO, or channel-based GTM models preferred
Experience building dashboards or analyzing partnership performance metrics preferred
Experience supporting enterprise Sales or channel enablement initiatives preferred
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $131,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
