We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Business Reporting and CRM team as a MIS/Business Systems Analyst with experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a good understanding of the consultancy professional services industry. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that systems and processes are optimized to support strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, and providing insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing business systems, delivering actionable insights through MIS, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage MIS tools and methodologies to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights that empower leadership and operational teams.
Optimize Business Processes: Identify gaps and opportunities within existing systems and workflows, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Bridge Business and Technology: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful system implementations.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Support key projects and transformation programs by delivering robust business analysis and system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Enhance Client Delivery: Apply your knowledge of the consultancy professional services industry to design systems and processes that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
Design and implement system solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Support strategic projects, including digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and business systems analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) platforms.
Strong understanding of consultancy professional services industry operations and workflows.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), advanced Excel skills
Experience in Salesforce Administration will be an advantage
