You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Management, to support complex renewals, combined deals, and concessions. As a Senior Renewals Deal Desk Analyst, you will oversee the accuracy and execution of renewal orders while supporting continuous process improvement:
Execute and enforce company renewal booking policies, verifying contract and order details for accuracy and completeness.
Record renewal orders into Sales and Accounting systems timely, communicating issues or delays to stakeholders.
Provide knowledgeable support on renewal-related inquiries, assisting with combined deals, concessions, and product swaps.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to enhance processes, reporting, and system capabilities.
Mentor and guide a team member, addressing business escalations and supporting professional growth.
Generate, maintain, and analyze renewal order metrics to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
Ideal candidates combine analytical rigor, attention to detail, and leadership experience:
5+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or billing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and systems.
Understanding of deal support, commercial topics, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and basic accounting principles.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SaaS order methodology, SFDC, CPQ software, and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is desirable.
