Fujifilm Healthcare Germany is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will head the Sales- and HCDE-internal Administration across all HCDE Business Units. You will be responsible for building and performing the administration to achieve the set revenue, growth, and cost targets.
Management of the Sales Support/Order Processing, Tender Operations, and Internal & Business Support departments
Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of process improvements and tools in inside sales
Ensuring data quality and reporting standards
Further development of Salesforce, Power BI and other supporting applications
Creation of decision-making templates for management
Provision of data for business intelligence
Support of sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Creation of commission models and calculation of commission payments
Internal Office Management
Several years of professional experience in inside sales operations, sales controlling, or business operations
Very good understanding of sales and service processes in inside and outside sales
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
