Thinkific is a learning commerce platform seeking a GTM Operations, Strategy and Insights Lead to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role involves building dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic projects. This position is critical for improving decision-making and optimizing revenue growth within the Go-to-Market organization.
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in a GTM analytics and business analyst role, ideally within a SaaS company
Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Familiarity with CRM data (preferably Salesforce) and GTM performance metrics
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
