As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Operations Officer with main responsibility the support and optimization of the Retail Shops Channel.
Operational support of the retail store network (company-owned & franchise)
Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies, offers, and campaigns across stores
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and productivity per store
Create reports and dashboards for Management and Retail Management
Support CRM and sales tools (flows, leads, data quality)
Manage daily operational issues (process issues, escalations)
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth channel operation
Conduct sales quality control and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Retail Operations, or Commercial Support roles
Experience with physical retail store networks (ideally in energy, telecom, or retail sectors)
Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with CRM systems
Experience with franchise networks
Good knowledge in process automation
Strong analytical skills and ability to process sales data
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach
