We are looking for a Surgical Sales Analyst with strong expertise in the healthcare value chain, logistics and inventory performance, and data analysis. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sales organization to support complex transformational initiatives by implementing and streamlining innovative operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the business. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable plans, and drive cost-saving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
Manage inventory for consignment and trunk stock, including monitoring inventory weeks and optimizing stock levels.
Track and manage expired products to minimize waste and ensure compliance.
Support stock optimization initiatives to improve availability and efficiency.
Coordinate end-to-end customer setup for new locations.
Manage fixed assets and capital equipment records and tracking.
Coordinate the System Operation Guideline (SOGL) cost prevention activities within the relevant scope.
Use analytical tools for data management and analysis, including researching, analysing, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders.
Participate in initiatives to streamline and improve business and marketing processes.
Provide key insights to address and mitigate supply issues.
Support back-order management, including developing ad-hoc automated solutions to improve tracking and resolution.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Care, Finance, and other departments) and act as a collaborative partner.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Proactive and service-oriented mindset, with strong ability to identify and utilise data effectively.
Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Strategic, analytical, and pragmatic thinking, with the ability to shift between detailed analysis and the broader business perspective.
Experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams in a business or analytical capacity.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Advanced Power BI knowledge, including Grouped Statistical Reporting (GSR).
Language Requirements: Native Italian, Fluent English.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation in Sales or Business Operations (e.g., forecasting, reporting, or process optimization) is a plus. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is strongly preferred.
