Join Epicor as a Revenue Operations BI Analyst! The Rev Ops BI Analyst defines analytics and dashboards based on analytics from internal and external data that lead to actionable insight for decision-makers. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs using system reporting tools. Recommends improvement for GTM processes. Leads projects and acts as a mentor for other team members and a resource for complex issues.
Conducts in-depth analysis and provides recommendations for standard and executive-level Revenue Operations reporting and dashboards across CRM and business intelligence tools to measure GTM performance (pipeline, conversion, velocity, attainment, retention, expansion).
Develops, implements, and continuously improves KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to organizational goals; establishes leading/lagging indicators and recommends actions to drive outcomes.
Builds and maintains scalable data models, reporting datasets, and metric layers to ensure consistent interpretation of performance across teams and forums (QBRs, MBRs, forecasting, territory planning).
Partners with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to identify key business questions, prioritize analytics roadmaps, and deliver insights that improve pipeline generation, sales execution, and customer outcomes.
Recommends strategies to enhance CRM data quality and governance (e.g., opportunity hygiene, stage definitions, activity capture, account/contact integrity), and works with field teams to improve data capture processes.
Gathers and synthesizes insights from Conversational Intelligence and CRM tools (e.g., Gong and Salesforce) to identify trends in customer needs, sales behaviors, deal risks, objection themes, and coaching opportunities.
Leverages AI (e.g., predictive signals, anomaly detection, summarization, and natural-language querying) to accelerate insight generation, improve forecasting inputs, and scale reporting/analysis workflows.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on definitions, assumptions, and business logic; communicates insights through clear storytelling and decision-ready recommendations.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Lead, mentor, and develop team members on new processes and best practices.
Strong knowledge of CRM and GTM data, including Salesforce objects and typical revenue processes
Ability to interpret data into insights for decision making
Ability to identify and implement process improvement
Strong experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and best practices for dashboard usability, performance, and metric governance
Proficiency in SQL and experience developing reliable datasets for BI; familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data quality practices
5+ years of applicable BI/analytics experience, including significant work with CRM and GTM/revenue data
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
