We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to sit within the Finance function and act as the analytical backbone of our commercial organisation.
This role is responsible for providing independent, data-driven insight into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Leadership, Commercial, and Finance to ensure commercial decisions are grounded in high-quality analysis and disciplined forecasting.
-Own reporting on sales pipeline, bookings, ARR, conversion rates, and deal velocity
-Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reporting for senior leadership
-Analyse funnel performance, win/loss drivers, pipeline quality, and sales capacity
-Identify risks and opportunities in the pipeline and proactively surface insights
-Partner with Finance on short-term and medium-term revenue forecasting
-Independently challenge sales forecasts using historical data, trends, and coverage analysis
-Support annual planning, quota setting, capacity modelling, and scenario analysis
-Analyse pricing, discounting, contract term length, and deal structure trends
-Support deal reviews by providing data-led insight on risk, margin, and precedent
-Help standardise reporting for large, complex, and non-standard deals
-Act as a Hubspot power user, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
-Improve pipeline discipline, reporting standards, and data hygiene
-Work with Sales / data team enhance dashboards, workflows, and automation
-Act as the analytical bridge between Finance and Sales
-Support ad-hoc analysis for board materials, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives
-Contribute to the continued development of a best-in-class Finance-led commercial analytics capability
- 2–6+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or FP&A (with significant exposure to sales data)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-enabled business strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot
- Experience participating in structured deal reviews or supporting complex enterprise sales motions
- Exposure to pricing governance, discount analysis, or commercial approval processes preferred
-Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight
-Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with large datasets
-Able to challenge assumptions constructively and confidently with senior stakeholders
-Highly structured, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
-Commercially curious and outcome-focused
-Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment
-Takes ownership and improves processes rather than simply reporting on them
-Low-ego, high-impact team player
-Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales motions
-Exposure to quota modelling, territory planning, or commission analytics
-Prior experience partnering closely with Finance or Deal Desk teams
