At nCino, our Sales Operations team is the backbone of a high-performing global go-to-market organisation. As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be a critical partner to our sales teams worldwide โ streamlining the processes that drive deals forward, from contracting and quoting through to close.
This is a role with real breadth. You'll serve as the key liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders, own the reporting and dashboards that inform strategic decisions, and lead enablement efforts that help our teams make the most of Salesforce and our wider tech stack. Your data-driven recommendations will shape how we operate and where we invest โ making this a position with genuine influence.

This is a hybrid role, based out of our London office (near Liverpool Street) 3 days a week.
Partner with the global sales team across contracting, quoting and sales cycle processes โ removing friction and driving speed and accuracy at every stage.
Act as the central liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders, maintaining consistency and alignment across systems and processes.
Own the creation, maintenance and optimisation of sales dashboards and reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights that support performance measurement and strategic planning.
Lead sales enablement initiatives โ developing and maintaining training materials for Salesforce and related tools, and running internal training webinars.
Collaborate with Sales Operations Analysts to optimise Salesforce functionality and support data cleansing efforts, ensuring accuracy across prospect and market data.
Serve as a trusted resource for internal stakeholders, diagnosing and resolving operational challenges through research, consultation and the right tooling.
Leverage domain expertise to make data-driven recommendations on process improvements, operational efficiencies and accuracy across the sales lifecycle.
Apply AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, and drive smarter, more scalable ways of working โ staying current on developments in the space.
Work towards Salesforce certification within your first 90 days, with our full support.
Solid experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role, with a track record of supporting global or multi-regional sales teams.
Hands-on Salesforce administration or implementation experience โ you're comfortable owning the platform and driving improvements.
Strong data management skills with the ability to build reports, analyse trends and present insights clearly; advanced Excel and/or SOQL experience is a plus.
A sound understanding of sales KPIs and what good looks like across a B2B SaaS or technology sales cycle.
Excellent communication skills โ you bridge the gap between technical and commercial, and can lead training with confidence.
A collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
Commercial curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving โ you improve things before you're asked to.
Familiarity with AI tools and an appetite to explore how they can enhance operational workflows.
Salesforce certification is a plus โ or a clear drive to achieve it.
