The Sales Operations Intern provides essential support to the Sales Operations team by assisting in the efficient execution of processes that enable smooth sales activities across the organization. The role contributes to accurate and timely SKU enrollment, ensures proper administrative and documentation management, and supports the coordination and implementation of Corporate Sales and Boardroom Sale initiatives. By maintaining organized tracking systems, preparing operational materials, and offering both backend and on-ground assistance during sales activities, the intern helps strengthen overall sales operational efficiency and enhance team productivity.
· Assist the Sales Encoder in preparing and processing SKU enrollment requirements.
· Monitor status of enrollments and maintain accurate tracking files.
· Provide assistance in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and sales documentation.
· Organize and maintain files, records, and operational databases.
· Support day-to-day administrative requests under Sales Operations.
· Support execution of Boardroom Sale activities, including preparation of materials and coordination of requirements.
· Provide on-ground or backend support during sales events when required.
