Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.
Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.
Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.
Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.
Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.
On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
2+ years of experience in similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.
Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, to analyze data, present reports.
English proficiency; with excellent communication skills.
