Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Medtronic Poland? We’re looking for a Principal Sales Operations Projects Lead to the newly formed team reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and partnering closely with business leaders, enablers and functions across the organization. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine data analysis, market insights, and strategic thinking to drive both short- and long-term growth. You’ll be instrumental in forecasting tenders, identifying areas for business development, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making.
This is a role located in Poland. The successful candidate will drive high-impact initiatives that improve sales efficiency, scalability and operational excellence. This role will be an integral part of the new Sales Operations Team, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance to design, optimize and implement processes, tools and strategic projects that support revenue growth. Travelling may be required to support business development and customer engagements. (~20%)
Analyze sales, market, and contract data to support growth strategies and tender forecasting
Lead and-to-end strategic Sales Operations projects, from design to full implementation.
Develop dashboards and visualizations using SAP (Systems Applications and Products), Power BI, and other tools to guide commercial decisions
Provide operational insights and recommendations to business leaders to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
Support pricing, territory planning, and sales performance tracking
Support business development and expansion initiatives across Poland
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Project Management ideally in the MedTech industry
Fluency in Polish and English
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and Excel
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Strategic and operational mindset with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
Experience in sales, marketing, tender management, commercial forecasting and knowledge of Agile project management methodologies will be considered an advantage.
