Partner with Sales leadership on insights, GTM strategy and growth opportunities.
Support annual & quarterly planning cycles.
Assist with business reviews, forecasting & pipeline management (Salesforce data quality).
Analyse performance and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Support quota setting & drive operational excellence across the sales team.
Champion new ways of working and support global collaboration.
2–5 years’ experience in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Analytics, Finance, or similar (must have experience supporting Sales teams).
Strong communicator who can partner confidently with stakeholders.
Advanced Excel; SQL or Power BI a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Curious, proactive, analytical and motivated to grow.
