This role requires a competitive antenna. Our markets move — competitor outages, pricing shifts, neighborhood sentiment, competition moving in. We expect this person to be monitoring those signals and translating them into actionable recommendations quickly: a targeted campaign, a revised offer, a sales talking point. The best ideas here come from someone who sees a market signal and moves on it, not someone who waits for the next planning cycle.
