The Revenue Operations Process Excellence & Enablement Senior Analyst supports operational efficiency, process standardization, and enablement initiatives across the revenue organization. This role partners with Core RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Systems teams to help document workflows, improve data integrity, and support scalable revenue operations. The Senior analyst contributes to process documentation, operational quality efforts, and enablement activities that help teams execute consistently and accurately.
Support the documentation and maintenance of standardized RevOps workflows, SOPs, playbooks, runbooks, and process maps.
Support workshops, stakeholder working sessions, and feedback collection to improve process clarity and usability.
Help maintain a centralized, version-controlled repository of operational documentation accessible across teams.
Support quality checks, approval workflows, and exception-handling processes to reduce operational risk.
Assist with audits of processes, CRM data, and system usage to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
Track operational metrics and prepare analysis, reports, and recommendations to support continuous improvement efforts.
Partner with RevOps (core ops, investigations, Order Governance), Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Systems teams to support alignment on processes, roles, data definitions, and workflows.
Assist with production of training materials, documentation, and communications to support adoption of standardized processes.
Act as a point of support for process-related questions, helping connect teams to the right documentation and resources.
3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Operations Analytics, Process Improvement, or a related field.
Experience in documenting or supporting cross-functional workflows in a RevOps, GTM, or operations environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and common RevOps tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in operational quality, compliance, or audit-related work.
An understanding of SaaS revenue processes, order-to-cash, or reporting workflows.
Coursework, certification, or interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Analytical Mindset – Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to understand how processes work end to end.
Process Orientation – Comfortable working with structured workflows and documentation.
