As Salesforce CRM Developer, you’ll join our CRM Team of 4 CRM Developers and 3 CRM Consultants, working together to solve CRM challenges for our international Sales and Service teams. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
Design, implement, and maintain business processes, data flows, and code (Salesforce.com runs as our CRM system).
By using and improving technology both the business and the Salesforce users will benefit from your ideas and work results.
You will work with two Salesforce instances, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and MuleSoft.
Develop and maintain our self-built B2B invoicing system (hybrid approach with Java and MuleSoft applications).
Integration of Salesforce with third-party providers and external systems through API interfaces.
Analysis and optimization of existing implementations in Salesforce to increase efficiency and performance.
Close collaboration with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as training and support for end users.
Professional background in developing Salesforce solutions (ideally 2+ years’ experience)
Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SQL
Basic Knowledge in Java and AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation) is a plus
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering or IT-related topics
High motivation and interest for designing, programming, and solving problems and improving business processes and company performance
Experience with Salesforce integrations and using APIs (REST/SOAP)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team, commitment and a proactive approach to work
Professional English skills; German skills are a plus but not required
