At Entrust, we’re shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. From our comprehensive portfolio of solutions to our flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.
Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role. This position is the backbone of our APAC business units, bridging the gap between Sales Operations and Financial Administration.
If you thrive in a multi-tasking environment where you can balance data-driven sales reporting with meticulous accounting support, we want to hear from you.
Data Management: Maintain sales tracking data, including revenue, backlog, and forecasting.
Business Intelligence: Refresh and manage AWS QuickSight Dashboards to support weekly APAC syncs (Monday/Friday) and high-frequency daily updates during quarter-end.
Order Orchestration: Liaise with Customer Service, Logistics, and Credit departments to resolve order roadblocks.
Partner Relations: Support channel partners with operational requests and maintain up-to-date distributor databases.
Collections: Partner with internal finance teams and distributors to ensure timely payment collection and resolve overdue accounts.
Banking Operations: Manage all bank transactions for EDCK operations (AP, AR, and expense reimbursements).
Financial Reporting: Prepare bank transaction reports, cash flow forecasts, and Hana Bank summaries.
Compliance: Coordinate with Samkyung accounting firm for monthly bookkeeping and provide documentation for annual audits.
Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with monthly expense report preparation and submission.
Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle/Salesforce, and BI tools (AWS QuickSight or Tableau).
Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of AP/AR processes and basic bookkeeping principles.
Communication: Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with regional partners and internal teams.
Precision: A "eagle eye" for detail, especially when managing bank statements and sales forecasts under tight deadlines.
Why Join Us?
This is a pivotal role that offers a high degree of visibility within the company. You will be the point of contact for both our sales leadership and our external financial partners, ensuring the business stays agile and compliant.
To Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience with BI tools and financial administration.
