The Senior Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for first class service contract process execution on customer service contracts; data entry into the database for assigned area. The Senior Commercial Operations Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes. Senior Commercial Operations Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.
Responsibilities:
Driving the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading into all applicable processes including additions and modifications to existing contracts. This may include field communications and verification along with contract submission prework
Timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services
Maintain Install database accuracy by supporting field team and external customers via phone and email
Work closely with field service sales and service delivery, service marketing and offering team to resolve technical and process-related issues
Providing support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales, Finance and Legal teams
Providing policy and process support to sales team on CRM tools utilization
Effectively management and prioritizing of the various projects with no supervision
Following to the processes and procedures set in the company, local legislations and regulations
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
Training and support new team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
4 years of working experience in a commercial field
Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy
Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external)
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues and customers at all levels
Negotiation skills/experience
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments
Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of consolidated projects
Proven project management experience in complex environments
Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives and supervise them across department.
